Silverbird Designs
Carolyn is a Jewellery Designer/ Silversmith and owner of ‘Silverbird Designs’.
Most days you will find her busying away in her garden workshop making beautiful, handcrafted silver jewellery. All of Carolyn's pieces are lovingly created using traditional silversmith techniques and a variety of precious metals, gemstones and her own handmade fused-glass.
"I find inspiration everywhere but most often from nature – the wonderful colours, shapes and textures – they’re hard to ignore. I also enjoy finding new and interesting ways to reveal the beauty in things that are often overlooked or taken for granted - a piece of antique lace, a dried leaf or flower – the possibilities are endless … so many ideas and so little time"!

Hallmarking
All silver items over 7.78 grams will be hallmarked at The London Assay Office. Items under that weight are not required to be hallmarked by law but you can rest assured that where items are sold as sterling silver, they will be made from the highest quality 925 silver
Jewellery Care
To maintain the condition of your jewellery, it is advisable to remove it when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work. Please also ensure that the jewellery does not come into contact with chemicals, perfume, hairspray and deodorant.
I will enclose a small polishing cloth with each order to help keep your item in tip top condition
